The AIPLA is a non-profit organization that joins together individuals of various business sectors to participate in the exchange of ideas related to intellectual property law and related areas.
Tonight the AIPLA will host its 19th Annual Judge’s Dinner in honor of, and appreciation for, the Judges of the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Texas and their hard work and dedication to the practice of Intellectual Property law. This year’s keynote speaker is the Honorable Timothy B. Dyk. Judge Dyk received his undergraduate degree from Harvard College and his law degree from Harvard Law School. He was a formerly a Judge in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Texas before being appointed by President Bill Clinton to the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit where he has served for the past 18 years.
